Modigliani Research Grant

10 September 2025 – UniCredit Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the 16th edition of the Modigliani Research Grant, established in memory of Nobel Laureate Franco Modigliani. The initiative aims to support academic research in the fields of economics and finance across Europe, while fostering collaboration among universities.

 

Grant Overview
UniCredit Foundation will award four research grants to promising young researchers currently employed at European universities located in countries where the UniCredit Group operates.

  • Grant amount: €15,000 gross per year, renewable for a second year, for a total maximum amount of €30,000 gross per recipient.
  • Project duration: up to two years.

 

Key Dates

  • Application deadline: 15 October 2025
  • Announcement of winners: by 2 February 2026
